These are Flame-Retardant Cable Ties. These ties meet UL flammability requirements. Ties that meet UL 94 V-0 stop burning within 10 seconds and meet UL 2043 producing little smoke when exposed to open flame. These ties are designed to be used in drop ceilings and raised floors. Commonly accepted solution for bundling qualified cable without conduit in air handling space applications. Made with distinctive maroon color that identifies plenum material.
