Return Policy

Your satisfaction is of the utmost important for us.  We will refund 100% of the purchase price of goods bought from us within 30 days of ship date.  All Returns must be pre-authorized before shipping back to us and you will be given an RMA number.  Please email or call us to get this number before shipping your items back.  Failure to get an RMA number before shipping back to ZipTie.com will result in no refund.

A refund will be issued once goods are received and inspected and deemed re-saleable.

Customers must pay for return shipping unless deemed that the mistake was on behalf of ZipTie.com.  Once orders have arrived back at our location refunds will be processed back onto your credit card within 5-7 business days.

Defective product

  • If you receive damaged zip ties or if the wrong item was sent to you, please contact us via phone or email to schedule a return.  We will send you out the correct item and may send you a return label to send the incorrect product back to us.

Restocking Fees:

  • For items that were ordered by mistake on the customers behalf we require a 25% restocking fee.
  • All returns MUST be approved and processed within 30 calendar days of the invoice date to be eligible for a refund or replacement. Orders placed outside of 30 calendar days are not eligible for return.
  • Products marked "non-returnable" are not eligible for return. This includes all of our custom-ordered security seals.

Custom Security Seals:

  • All custom printed security seals are non-returnable & non refundable.
  • If we made a mistake on our end and print something other than what the customer requested on the order form we will remake the order and reship the order to match the text and number sequence provided on the order.
